SHIPPING & RETURNS

  1. When will my product ship?

    Your product will ship from our shop in Buena Park, California within 2-4 business days. We’re faster than those big name brands since we’ve cut out the middle man; we specially handle everything from beginning to end.

  2. Where does my product ship from?

    Your product ships from our micro-factory in Buena Park, California.

  3. Can I pick up my product?

    Yes! If you are in the area we’d love to meet you…socially distanced, of course.

  4. What is your return policy?

    Each product is totally unique (because they are customized by you), so we do not allow returns. However, we would be happy to credit you or remake your order so we can guarantee you your perfect product.

PRODUCT CARE & DETAILS

  1. How do I care for my product?

    Because of our advanced printing service and materials selection, you are able to machine-wash your product and bleach it, too, without fading the color. We think that’s pretty cool. ☺️

  2. What are the product materials made out of?

    They are made of hypoallergenic, ultra soft polyester fabric. We use a waterless eco-friendly printing process, creating minimal waste.

CUSTOMIZATION TOOL

  1. How do I resize my picture?

    In the personalization design tool, click the hand icon and either minimize or expand your photo by manipulating the sides or corners of your photo.   2. What’s the ideal photo resolution I should use for my photo product?

    In technical terms, we are looking for a minimum of 72dpi. In other words, try to use the largest photo possible downloaded from the source. If you are using photos taken from a cell phone camera, that’s great! Just make sure you’re using the originals. Try not to use photos downloaded from social media platforms since they compress the photos too much for printing.

  3. Can I change the background color of my product?

    Majority of our product templates do allow you to change the background color. Our “artist designed” series, however, does not allow you to change the background color as those templates are intended to be more curated. If the background color can be changed, just select the background and the menu will change to show different color options.

MISCELLANEOUS

  1. Can I make a bulk order for my team and/or organization?

    Absolutely! Even with a bulk order, we can customize each and every product. That’s the beauty of our service. We can even help you design something from scratch or work with your own design. Minimum order of 10 products. Please reach out to care@myblanketshop.com to order your team products.

  2. I am an artist. Can I submit my artwork to be featured as a product template?

    We would LOVE that! If we end up using your artwork, we would of course include a short bio of you and link to your site.
