I have yet to receive the blanket I ordered 3 weeks ago. It was supposed to be a Mothers day gift but unfortunately it never arrived. I've reached out multiple times and haven't heard anything.

I ordered a happy birthday blanket the week before. Was not as pleased with this one as I was with the other.

I made 12 blankets for my grandchildren and some for my children. They loved them. It was easy to do and if there was a problem the customer service was incredible-outstanding, to say the least. That is very rare these days to find a company that actually cares about its customers. The blankets are soft and warm. We have made blankets from other companies but none of them were as good as these. You can't go wrong using this company for your customized blankets.

I made 12 blankets for Christmas for all of my kids and grandchildren. It was easy and if I had a problem, the staff was there to help. All of my family love their blankets and have the blankets with them all the time. Many of them live in colder climes so they were very glad that they had such warm and fuzzy blankets.
